Trip Sign-Up

Registration for each trip opens typically a week before the event.  Members are sent an email notice that a trip is open for registration.  Each member/chaperone can sign up via their computer or mobile device.


By the Club: All trips are subject to cancellation due to weather and other circumstances. Cancellation decisions will be made ASAP and definitely by the Friday before the trip and be emailed as well as posted on the website at Full credit will be given for trips canceled by the Ski Club.  To redeem account credits, follow the instructions on the Trip FAQ page here.

To cancel, email or text the club's phone number.

For regular season trips:

  • Cancellations before Thursday at noon will receive credit that can be used towards future trips.
  • Cancellations after Thursday at noon forfeit the full registration fee.

For Vermont trips:

Ticket counts must be finalized seven days before the trip and no cancellations will be refunded after that point. See trip registration notices for further information.

If a member is signed up for a trip and cannot attend, please email or text the club's phone number ~ especially for last minute/day of updates. We keep track of every single student and appreciate your assistance.

If a member fails to appear for the trip, the member's family will receive a very early morning confirmation call that your child is not on the bus with us.

The registration fee for the Ski Season is $50.

Trip fees for the trips will generally be $120 per trip, which includes round trip Coach Bus and Lift Ticket. The fee for a FLSC Group Lesson is $25.  Trip fees for the Vermont trips are $130.

All members must be covered by a major medical health insurance policy. Skiing and boarding are inherently dangerous activities and every year, accidents happen and members end up in the emergency room. You must be covered for the costs of emergency room treatment. The Club does not provide health insurance coverage for anyone. At the time of registration, members must provide the name of their health insurance company and the policy number on the emergency form.

NOTE: If Medical Coverage changes after registration/anytime during the season, please update with the FLSC.  It is each member/family responsibility to ensure that the information in their FLSC profile is accurate and up to date.
