Trip Sign Up

All members must be covered by a major medical health insurance policy. Skiing and boarding are inherently dangerous activities and every year, accidents happen and members end up in the emergency room. You must be covered for the costs of emergency room treatment. The Club does not provide health insurance coverage for anyone. At time of registration, members must provide the name of their health insurance company and the policy number on the emergency form. 
TRIP SIGN-UP: A sign-up is required for each trip. There is no advance sign-up. Sign-up & payment is to be done online by 2p the Tuesday before the weekend trip. There will not be any drop boxes. If you are unable to play online, please contact the Club in December to make arrangements.  No money will be accepted the day of a trip.

WAIT LIST: If you cannot meet the Tuesday 2p deadline, please email, and you will be notified as soon as possible of space availability.


By the Club: All trips are subject to cancellation due to weather and other circumstances. Cancellation decisions will be made the Friday before the trip and announced on the trip information line at 914/806.0066 and posted on the website at Full credit will be given for trips cancelled by the Ski Club.

CANCELLATION BY MEMBERS: To cancel, email Any cancellation between sign-up Tuesday and Thursday at 11am will result in a $10 cancellation fee. For cancellations received after 11am Thursday and before 4pm Friday, the bus fare ($38) will be forfeited. After 4pm on Friday or if the member fails to appear for the trip, the member will forfeit the entire trip fee.
