All members must be covered by a major medical health insurance policy. Skiing and boarding are inherently dangerous activities and every year, accidents happen and members end up in the emergency room. You must be covered for the costs of emergency room treatment. The Club does not provide health insurance coverage for anyone. At the time of registration, members must provide the name of their health insurance company and the policy number on the emergency form.

A sign-up is required for each trip. There is no advance sign-up. Sign-up & payment is to be done online
www.foxlaneskiclub.com by 4p the Tuesday before the weekend trip. If you are unable to play online, please contact the Club in December to make arrangements. No money will be accepted the day of a trip.
CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE ONLY AS FOLLOWS:
By the Club: All trips are subject to cancellation due to weather and other circumstances. Cancellation decisions will be made the Friday before the trip and be emailed as well as posted on the website at www.foxlaneskiclub.com. Full credit will be given for trips canceled by the Ski Club.
CANCELLATION BY MEMBERS: To cancel, email email@example.com. Cancellations up until 12/noon on Thursday will be refunded after the trip closes, minus a $10 processing fee.

If a member is signed up for a trip and cannot attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ~ especially for last minute/day of updates.
If a member fails to appear for the trip, the member will forfeit the entire trip fee.
